- so basically the food tasted better and you ate more of it
- The hormone stuff is fascinating. But ultimately to get a clear picture you should only compare similar caloric input.. It's no surprise that the doc developed man boobs if he ate loads more (be it for whatever reason). An interesting example is the guy who did the documentary "fat head" where he only ate mcdonalds and lost weight and improved his lab values.
- A disastrous experiment that will not end well my friend. 💚
- All the chemicals added (adding dihydrogen monoxide)....
This is pathetic

- Operation Ouch
- 1 in 5. I think you mean 4 out of 5
- You can’t beat processed, unhealthy food taste wise. I just couldn’t eat it everyday, personally.
- Claiming this to be scientifically valid is interesting when calories and protein haven’t been accounted for? All this demonstrates to me is that hyper palatable food is easy to over-consume. First ever time I’ve commented on a YouTube video, who have I become 🤦🏼‍♂️
- This is what happened to Damon Gameau when he ate only processed sugary foods. He made a documentary of it called That Sugar Film. I read British Professor Yudkins book Pure White and Deadly and then I read about American professor Ancel Keys who was anti fat. He visited a place in Greece where he is still revered and came up with his low fat theories. I finally realised where they were both right and wrong when I learnt about the new research on the gut microbiome. Apparently variety is the key to health. When you eat mostly processed foods, it doesn't matter if it's mostly sugar, salt or fat, it is a narrow range of foods with lots of chemicals. And it makes you sick.
- The evidence of the brain-food-addiction connection was fascinating.
- I question if spice extracts are actually bad in and of themselves. I could see how they would make foods more delicious, but really isn’t the problem excessive fats and carbs? A lot of the other food additives are preservatives for longer shelf life; this video doesn’t go into detail on whether they have an active role in making the food unhealthy. They can however be a general indicator of overly processed foods but I’m not seeing evidence here they have a specific effect on the brain or body.
- Theres no experimenting going on here geezer just wanted to eat like shit for a month😂😂😂😂
- This mans a legend, I still remember watching operation ouch
